Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to appsmasterbuilder.com! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

Eligibility Requirement: To become an affiliate, individuals must first purchase the AMB Drag and Drop Mobile Apps Toolkit directly from our website.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links

Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for any URL from this website. The first referral link a person clicks within a 30-day period will be the one that counts, meaning if they click on another person’s link before yours, your link will not be credited.

Affiliate may advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, … or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission based on our Commission structure. The commission amount is calculated based on the order value and excludes shipping fees and taxes. Affiliates are allowed to earn commissions on their own orders, and registration of zero sum commissions is also enabled. For all eligible transactions, the commission rate will be 20%.

To receive your commission, you must specify your payment Email in the Settings. The payment schedule will be held on the end of each month. Payments will only be issued for transactions that have been successfully completed. The use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, allowing the merchant to review each referral order. The status of your commissions can be viewed in the Commissions tab, and any paid commissions will be listed in the Payouts tab. Please note that transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be compensated.

4. Marketing creatives tool

We may share promotion medias such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through the creatives tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share onto affiliate channels.

5. Network

If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliates. The affiliate program features three levels of multi-level affiliates, with the original affiliate at the first level. When a downline affiliate generates orders in the merchant shop, the upline affiliate will earn a network commission.

To invite other affiliates into the system, share your network invite link. Any affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become part of your downline network.

6. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn’t allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can’t track them so can’t pay earnings on that person’s activity.

The cookie duration will be 30 days and the first referral link that the person clicked and purchased an item in that duration will be commission instead of the other referral link that the user clicked.
